Rules and Regulations

Our goal is to provide safe, professional, and respectful care for every animal and every human involved. The following rules and policies exist to protect our walkers, your pets, and the integrity of our services. By booking with Paws Royale AZ, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Female dogs in heat are accepted only if proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided by the owner. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Clean dog diapers

  • Disposable gloves

  • A bag for disposal of used diapers

  • A designated place for the owner to store used diapers for washing

Walkers are not expected to provide or source hygiene supplies on behalf of the owner.


Male Dogs With Aggression

Male dogs that display aggressive behavior toward people or other animals will not be accepted, regardless of size or breed. Safety is non negotiable.


Exotic animals may be serviced with the following restrictions:

  • No snakes

  • No arachnids

  • No insects of any kind

All other exotic animals will be reviewed on a case by case basis.


Paws Royale AZ does not service wild or undomesticated animals. While we do work with professional rescue organizations, private ownership of wild animals is excluded for the safety of our walkers and all animals in our care.


All appointment times are scheduled within service windows, unless otherwise specified in writing. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.


Weekends are primarily reserved for pre booked, recurring customers.

On demand services booked between Friday after 4:00 PM and Sunday at 7:00 PM may incur a $6 on demand weekend service charge.

This fee does not apply to weekday services.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Clear, accurate communication is essential. All pet parent and pet profile information must be kept up to date and properly disclosed during meet and greets or prior to service.

Stating:

“My dog is on her period.”

is not sufficient instruction.

Proper communication would be:

“My dog is on her period. I would like you to remove her diaper, tidy her up after bathroom breaks if possible, and make sure she is comfortable. Do you have sterile gloves, or should I provide them?”

Industry standard requires owners to provide hygiene equipment when bodily fluids are present. We happily accept dog kisses and muddy paws, but:

If your routine doctor would not touch your bleeding arm without gloves, we will not change a bloody diaper without them either.


Failure to communicate clearly or provide required supplies may result in cancellation of service or account restriction.


Failure to comply with these rules may render a user account temporarily or permanently inaccessible. We strive to provide excellent service, but this is a team effort between Paws Royale AZ and the pet parent.


All weekly invoices are due by Sunday.

Cancellation Fee

  • $8 same day cancellation fee applies

Holiday Premium

A $15 holiday premium applies on:

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve

  • New Year’s Day


Discounts are available for:

  • Students

  • Military members

  • First responders (including doctors, nurses, and medical professionals)

  • Seniors (age 65 and older)

Proof of eligibility (ID, documentation, etc.) is required.


Clients must accept the app invitation link and complete both owner and pet profiles, including a photo, prior to the first walk.

Failure to complete this step will result in cancellation of the initial service.


Sales and discounts are not issued by individual walkers.

Valid discounts must come from:

  • Official marketing emails

  • Discount codes published on the Paws Royale AZ website

Verbal offers, word of mouth discounts, or walker promised discounts will not be honored.


Paws Royale AZ is a member of Bazaar Universe, an organization that employs individuals with physical and or mental disabilities.

By choosing to do business with Paws Royale AZ, customers acknowledge that:

  • Disrespectful language, tone, messages, or behavior will not be tolerated

  • Walkers and staff are human and mistakes may occur

  • Safety, accountability, and animal welfare are always our top priority
